If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us by telephone at least 24 hours in advance. If you have not deregistered in time, we are forced to pass on the treatment time to you.
If you have a complaint or comment about our practice or our treatment, do not hesitate to inform us. we would like to talk to you. If you do not feel comfortable reporting your complaint to us directly, you can also contact the KNMT.
