To make an appointment you can contact us by phone or visit us. If you want to register as a new patient, you can also contact us by phone or you can register digitally by filling in the registration form.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. If you have not cancelled your appointment in time, we will be obliged to charge you for the treatment time.
If you have a complaint or comment about our practice or our treatment, do not hesitate to let us know - we will be happy to discuss it with you. If you do not feel comfortable reporting your complaint directly to us, you can also contact the KNMT.
