Urgency or pain complaint
Do you have an urgent or pain complaint during our regular opening hours? Then you can come directly to our practice or by phone to contact us. We are also there for advice or a reassuring conversation. You are also welcome if you are not (yet) a patient with us. Keep in mind that in most cases the treatment costs must be paid directly by debit card or in cash and that an evening surcharge and/or weekend surcharge may be charged in addition to these costs. For this reason we ask you to bring an amount of ?150. You will of course receive an invoice that you can submit to your health insurer for reimbursement of the costs incurred. We also kindly ask you to bring a valid proof of identity.
Outside our regular opening hours, the dentist on duty can be reached by telephone for very serious urgent matters, such as bleeding, accidents and pain complaints immediately after treatments, which cannot reasonably wait until the next morning.
