Urgency or pain complaint
Do you have an emergency or pain complaint during our regular opening hours? Then you can contact us by phone. We're also here for advice or a reassuring conversation. You're also welcome even if you're not (yet) a patient with us. Please keep in mind that treatment costs usually have to be paid immediately by debit card or cash, and that an evening and/or weekend surcharge may apply in addition to these costs. For this reason, we ask you to bring an amount of €150. You will, of course, receive an invoice that you can submit to your health insurer for reimbursement of the costs incurred. We also kindly request that you bring a valid form of identification.

Serious emergencies
Outside our regular opening hours, the dentist on duty can be reached by telephone for very serious urgent matters, such as bleeding, accidents and pain complaints immediately after treatments, which cannot reasonably wait until the next morning.
