Since September 4th, I've been happily working as a practice manager at De Amsterdamse Tandarts. I previously worked as a practice manager at a smaller practice, where I gained extensive knowledge of internal operations and quality management. I know dentist Ai Lien Oei from a larger practice where I worked as an assistant and preventive assistant. In 2008, I graduated as a dental assistant and subsequently took courses in assisting with implantology and orthodontics. Since 2012, I have also worked as a preventive dental hygienist and have taught caregivers in nursing homes how to care for the elderly's teeth. In 2017, I completed my practice management training and in 2018 my Master's degree in practice management.
At the Amsterdam Dentist, the most important thing is that we provide good care and can give our full attention to the patients, which is why my role is important to relieve the dentist(s) as much as possible in the tasks that they do not have time for during a busy schedule.
