Complaint
Despite the efforts of our employees, it may happen that you are not satisfied with the treatment in our practice. Please contact us about this and we will try to resolve your complaint.
Advice from TIP
If we cannot find a solution, you can submit your question to the Dental Information Point. They can advise you on what steps you can take to resolve your complaint. You do this via the special contact form Allesoverhetgebit.nl.
Complaints procedure
You can also submit your complaint to the KNMT, the professional association to which this practice is affiliated. It operates as a third, neutral party. Via the KNMT, an independent complaints officer will mediate between you and your dentist free of charge, with the aim of finding a solution after all.
Dispute
If, despite the help of the complaints officer, you are unable to resolve the matter, you can appeal to the Mondzorg Disputes Body. That costs ?75. At the disputes body, your complaint will be assessed by a committee of five experts. It gives a binding judgment on your complaint. The body can award damages up to a maximum of 25,000 euros.
