Short info

Since September 4th, I have been working with great pleasure as the practice manager at Amsterdamse Tandarts. Prior to this I worked as a practice manager in a smaller practice where I gained significant knowledge regarding internal business operations and quality management. I know dentist Ai Lien Oei from a larger practice where I worked as an assistant and preventive assistant. I graduated as a dental assistant in 2008 and subsequently took courses to assist in implantology and orthodontics. Since 2012 I have also been working as a preventive oral healthcare specialist and I have taught caregivers in nursing homes how to maintain the oral health of the elderly. In 2017, I completed my practice manager training, and in 2018, I earned my Master's in practice management.

At Amsterdamse Tandarts our primary focus is on delivering excellent care and giving our full attention to our patients. Therefore my role is essential in relieving the dentist(s) of tasks they may not have time for during a busy schedule.
