Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

At De Amsterdamse Tandarts, we do our utmost every day to provide our clients with the service they expect from us.<\/p>\n

Should anything not have gone to your satisfaction, please contact us. Our assistants will be happy to assist you.<\/p>\n

Email reminder<\/b><\/p>\n

To assist you and as a service, De Amsterdamse Tandarts uses an email service to confirm your appointment and remind you of it. This service is entirely free of charge. However, no rights can be derived from this service. Therefore, if you have not received a reminder email, this explicitly does not mean that your scheduled appointment will not take place.<\/p>\n

Budget<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prior to an extensive treatment, you will receive a cost estimate from us. This estimate is a careful assessment; the final costs may deviate from the estimated amount, for example, if any complications arise during the treatment.<\/p>\n

If we expect the costs to deviate by more than 10%, we will contact you in advance.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Billing<\/b><\/p>\n

In our practice, we are committed to providing you with our full attention and excellent care. Furthermore, in the current climate, we cannot ignore the need to take additional measures in connection with the GDPR and other healthcare laws and regulations. Consequently, we have outsourced the sending and collection of our invoices to Infomedics. Infomedics is a professional and reliable company specializing in factoring for the medical sector. This means that they collect and send invoices on our behalf.
The claims they receive via us are submitted directly to your health insurer. Therefore, you will only receive an invoice from them if your health insurer does not (fully) reimburse the costs of the treatment.<\/p>\n

Infomedics.nl<\/a><\/span> We prefer to send invoices by email. This is better for the environment and incurs lower costs. To ensure smooth invoicing, we kindly request that you provide your most recent contact details by email. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. More information can be found under the heading 'rates and invoice'.<\/p>\n

Privacy and security<\/b><\/p>\n

If you wish to request your patient file for any reason, please notify us in writing or by email. We will notify you to collect the data, or we will send it by email.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/b><\/p>\n

Naturally, you may need to cancel an appointment with your practitioner. We will cover this cancellation and the associated costs up to 48 hours before the appointment, provided the appointment is no longer than 20 minutes. The cost for an appointment not cancelled in time is \u20ac7.50 per 5 minutes, with a maximum of \u20ac180 per appointment. These costs are not reimbursed by your health insurer and are therefore entirely at your own expense.<\/p>\n

The appointment reminder email is an additional service; no rights can be derived from it.<\/p>\n

Customer satisfaction<\/b><\/p>\n

We regularly measure customer satisfaction to keep abreast of the wishes and needs of our patients. Of course you can also report this to the receptionist\/assistant and\/or the practitioner.<\/p>\n
