If we cannot find a solution, you can submit your question to the Dental Information Point. They can advise you on what steps you can take to resolve your complaint. You do this via the special contact form\u00a0Allesoverhetgebit.nl<\/a>.<\/p>\n You can also submit your complaint to the KNMT, the professional association to which this practice is affiliated. It operates as a third, neutral party. Via the KNMT, an independent complaints officer will mediate between you and your dentist free of charge, with the aim of finding a solution after all.<\/p>\n If, despite the help of the complaints officer, you are unable to resolve the matter, you can appeal to the Mondzorg Disputes Body. That costs \u20ac75. At the disputes body, your complaint will be assessed by a committee of five experts. It gives a binding judgment on your complaint.
