Do you have an urgent or painful complaint during our regular opening hours? If you are not a patient, please note that in most cases the treatment costs must be paid in cash and that in addition to these costs, an evening and/or weekend surcharge will be charged. For this reason, we ask that you bring along an amount of €150. You will receive an invoice that you can submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement of the costs incurred. We would also like to ask you to bring a valid identification document.

Outside our regular opening hours, the dentist on duty is available by phone for very serious emergencies, such as post-bleeding, accidents and pain immediately after treatment, which in all reasonableness cannot wait until the next morning.
